This container is a space to sit in stillness, daydream, and envision how you want the next four-ish weeks to feel. There will be time to practice active listening and hear from other people.
Featuring somatic movement & dance, two short guided meditations to help us drop in and clear the energy, journal prompts, and a chance to share what’s on your heart and mind.
Cameras can be on or off. Come and go as you please.
